The rooms were found to be clean by most guests who stayed here. The furnishings were casual and modern, and most of the guests felt comfortable sleeping in their rooms. The bathrooms were also convenient and clean.

The hotel’s price per night was found to be of good value according to most guests. They felt the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The small hotel felt like a boutique type of hotel which was also a nice thing.

The staff members were thought to be friendly to most guests who stayed here. The reception did an efficient and quick check in and helped guests with most of their requests. Guests were content with having professional people run the hotel.

The breakfast was found to be of a poor quality by guests who tried the hotel’s morning meal. They felt it was catered to local tastes and there was not enough fruit, breads and coffee to cater to foreign guests.

The rooms were found to be noisy for guests who felt the walls were too thin. They could hear the traffic from outside as well as other city noises that went well into the night. The rooms facing the school were also noisier in the mornings.

Guests found it difficult to find the hotel if they were not familiar with the area. If they came in with a cab driver, the taxi also had a difficult time finding the hotel. Grabbing a cab to go elsewhere from the hotel was also a difficult task.
