Negative Reviews
negative:
Steep uphill climb
Despite having the best location, the hotel's design offers quite a challenge for some guests due to an uphill slope, which requires some energy in order to reach the top where the entrance is located. This can be difficult for guests who have mobility issues.
negative:
Hotel seems undermanned
The lack of staff can be very hard especially for guests who are expecting topnotch service. Some guests observed that there are only one or two persons serving at the bar as well as the pool area. As a result, some guests had to wait in line just to be served.
