This property is located on Tenerife's Costa Del Silencio and true to form, many found that the atmosphere here was decidedly tranquil. Additionally, visitors were pleased to note that their accommodation was spacious as well as sparkling.
The staff at this complex are noted for their can-do attitude. This was especially true of the property's entertainment staff, who worked hard to put on a good show night after night. These efforts were much appreciated, with a number of past guests taking the time to mention certain members of staff by name in their reviews.
Guests were happy to note that this hotel's buffet catered for a variety of tastes and diets. The wide selection of food was impressive, with the vast majority of guests happy with the array of options on offer.
In terms of their interiors, many found their accommodation to be dated and in need of TLC. A number of guests reported issues with non-flushing toilets and mildew around showers.
While the overall spread was good, many were disappointed by the actual quality of food on offer at this hotel. Additionally, a number of guests found this property's two drink per person limit to be rather odd, if not downright annoying.
Those looking for easy access to the sea felt somewhat dismayed with this property's location. The closest beach was a ten or fifteen minute stroll away, which was fine for some, but not close enough for the liking of others.
