Most guests felt the rooms were too dirty to feel comfortable and at ease. The rooms seemed to not have been touched in ages and the towels, sheets did not have a clean appearance. The cables were out in the open and left a hazard.

The walls were thin and many guests could hear their next door neighbours talking to each other. They could clearly hear the noise in the other rooms as if the wall did not separate them. There was also a lot of noise coming from outside, such as parties and traffic.
