Hotel Palace Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Spain)

Some guests felt that the price paid for the accommodation, food and spa was a good bargain for them. The guests felt that the overall stay was well worth the price and that people get what they pay for.

The staff members were thought to be friendly people who accommodated their guests nicely. They felt at ease. Some mentioned the staff members by name for their extra care.

The hotel is felt to be good for most guests as it is across from a beach which was what most guests were looking to be near to.

Most guests felt the rooms were too dirty to feel comfortable and at ease. The rooms seemed to not have been touched in ages and the towels, sheets did not have a clean appearance. The cables were out in the open and left a hazard.

Some guests felt the rooms had no basic amenities available for them to feel comfortable in their stay. There was no hair dryer, or radiator or tea and coffee making facilities. There was little to no amenities available and it made them feel the rooms were too bare.

The walls were thin and many guests could hear their next door neighbours talking to each other. They could clearly hear the noise in the other rooms as if the wall did not separate them. There was also a lot of noise coming from outside, such as parties and traffic.
