Most guests were satisfied with the breakfast arrangements during their stay. The spread was delicious, well prepared, finely presented and plentiful. For the food items that got finished, the wait staff was quick enough to restock with fresh batches from the kitchen.
With their ever smiling faces, members of the staff at the hotel were always eager to please guests. Complaints and requests were handled in a timely and professional manner. Their greater knowledge of the surroundings also helps in recommending points of interests to guests.
The property is perfectly located just a minute's walk from the nearby beach. Guests have the advantage of dining at pubs and restaurants which are also close to the hotel. The hotel also offers water activities like scuba diving at the Adventure Club scuba diving center.
A good number of guests were upset by the absence of Wi-Fi connectivity in some areas. A better connection was only available at the lobby. This was rather inconveniencing as you had to go to the lobby in order to get a better and a much faster connection.
Though the rooms were quite comfortable, a number of guests felt that their sizes were too small for their liking. A few found their rooms having a musty smell and some were dark with little natural light.
Some guests could hardly sleep at night as noise from the nearby clubs and karaoke was a constant disturbance on most nights. They felt that this was due to the thin walls in the building that couldn't provide much soundproofing.
