The first thing guests typically commented on in their reviews was the location of resort. They had come to Panama City primarily for the beach, and so where very happy to be situated right on the gorgeous white sands. Many also mentioned the great sea views to be had from most of the rooms and several public spaces at the resort.
Those guests who were not looking for a luxury resort were generally very happy with the value for money they received during their stay. The feeing seemed to be that, while the facilities and decor were a bit basic, the low room rates and fantastic location more than made up for it.

It was near impossible to find a good word written about the property’s Wi-Fi system. It seems that it is very poor, having slow speeds and poor reliability, causing a great deal of frustration among the modern guests in need of constant high quality connectivity.
The resort certainly does not bill itself as a luxury property, and seems to offer fairly basic accommodation and facilities at lower prices. This did not suit some guests who clearly were either expecting or hoping for a bit more luxury. The fittings, décor and so on were all a bit too basic and it seems they would have been happier paying more at a more upscale place.
Some guests felt a little cheated by the very late check-in and early check-out times.
