Although the area around this hotel is fairly quiet and feels secluded, it's in fact quite centrally-located and close to many restaurants, shops and other attractions. Disney is only a few minute's drive away. .

The walls of the guest rooms at Orbit One Vacation Villas must not be very soundproof because they don't filter out any of the noise coming from the corridors and other rooms. Guests reported hearing water running and toilets flushing in nearby rooms, chairs scraping the floor of the dining area and conversations in the hallways. .

Guests reported that there's a smell of cigarette smoke around many areas of the hotel and the rooms had a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke. Guests also reported that they were unable to open their windows or patio doors because other guests were smoking on their patios and the smell traveled in through the windows. .
