The staff members were found to be very professional and courteous to the guests. They gave them accurate information of the area and places to eat. They were pleasant and made booking reservations at guests' request. The service was top quality.
The hotel has a very clean and modern look to it according to guests who stayed here. They enjoyed having clean rooms and comfortable beds to sleep on. The furnishings are sleek and the architecture of the hotel elegant. Guests were happy with the quality.
The hotel is in a central location, within minutes from various attractions such as museums and parks. There are also many bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as many metro stations to explore other parts of Paris.
Guests felt the breakfast could use more variation considering it is a high standard hotel. They got bored of eating the same items each day and would have preferred at least some variation every other day or so. The breakfast area to dine in is also of a small size.
Guests felt the rooms were too small in size for the high rate of the hotel. The space provided was not enough and they felt the photos to be deceiving.
The hotel seems to cater to guests who visit for business purposes since there was no proper bar area or common area to spend time in. Guests would have preferred to have a proper common area and/or bar to relax in.
