Staying at Olivium means experiencing serenity surrounded by orchards of olive trees. The owner Mr. Nicola Ricci who is an experienced, certified olive oil sommelier, will share his profound knowledge by organizing classes about “Smelling, Tasting and Eating olive oil” to teach you how to recognize a good olive oil. In the evening, you can have an Italian “aperitivo” by ordering some “bruschetta” and cool drinks and taste them in the patio overlooking the olive trees. On request there is also the possibility to attend cooking classes and yoga classes with a certified yoga teacher, who will organise Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga sessions as well as meditation and walking meditation sessions outdoor.
