Overall, guests were pretty impressed with the rooms here despite it being considered budget accommodations. The rooms are compact but comfortable and even feature a private bathroom. The hostel boasts a nice city-central location with excellent public transportation connexions. The metro is only a three-minute walk away. The hostel is quite close to the water and the port, and within walking distance from most major attractions in the city. The bustling Gothic Quarter and El Born neighbourhood are also only a short walk away and offer excellent dining opportunities and vibrant nightlife experiences.

Because of its central location, some of the rooms at the hotel have a bit of a noise problem, as the windows don't offer much soundproofing. Guests say the noise levels are different from day to day but recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

There are no blackout curtains at this hotel and the rooms get bright quite early so make sure to bring a sleep mask. In addition, some rooms only have an interior window with no views.

According to recent reviews, the mattresses in the rooms are a bit old and not the most comfortable.
