What was once an old oil press factory is now Olive Press , a beautifully refurbished, boutique hotel overlooking Delfinia Beach on the island of Lesvos. Some of the rooms face an inner courtyard, while others offer sea views from private balconies. They are all air-conditioned and feature modern touches like minibars, while studios add kitchenettes.
