The scenic fishing village of Los Cristianos is close by. The guests staying at the apartments get to enjoy the beautiful scenic sights of the island in the lovely tropical weather which the place is renowned for.
The apartments are designed in a simple fashion and have a functional appeal. They are well ventilated and comfortable. They have a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Balconies are present as well. Television and telephone are featured. The apartments are clean and well maintained.
The hotel amenities include two swimming pools (one for children). There is a lounge with television and video featured for guests to relax, unwind and mingle with other guests. The staff is very hospitable and provides assistance with travel and tour information. The pool side snack bar offers a wide choice of small bites all through the day. The restaurant serves proper meals in the evenings with entertainment and live music featured.
The beds are rather short and uncomfortable for tall people. The hot water flow in the shower is irregular and some days there is no hot water. The television shows only one English Channel.
There is no elevator and climbing stairs to higher floors especially for elderly people is a difficult task. The apartment complex is on a hill, which is a constant problem for people with mobility issues. The taste of food is below average and often served cold.
The Wi-Fi cannot be accessed freely. Additionally it is very slow and guests end up paying for it without being able to use it satisfactorily.
