Hotel Oceans Beach Resort & Suites (Pompano Beach, USA)

Many reviews state how fantastic the views are. The hotel has its own private beach which is a stones throw away from the rooms. They also have a view over the ocean and the beaches along the coast.

Comments describe the hotel as being very clean and tidy. The maids are more than helpful and are happy to help in any way. Reception are available twenty four hours if there are any problems.

The staff are very attentive throughout the hotel. They are always on hand and are happy to help. There are lots of returning guests who highly recommend staying here. The hotel offers value for money as well as a great service.

Within the rooms the air con machines smell mouldy and damp. They require a service on a regular basis to ensure they don't harbour bacteria which then smells this way. Many disgruntled visitors have not been happy about this and have complained to Management.

There is a no smoking policy throughout the hotel however many guests have mentioned they have seen people sitting outside the door of their room, smoking and blowing smoke down the corridor. Guests have to walk through the smell to get to their room.

The pillows have been described as flat and very uncomfortable. The rooms are also described as dated as well as the furniture. Some have said the hotel needs updating and refreshing.
