Hotel OC (Rome, Italy)

The breakfast was found to be a nice morning meal for guests who tried it. The breakfast went beyond the pastry and coffee, and also included eggs and bacon. Guests were surprised to have these available in the breakfast.

Guests were happy to have clean rooms available in their stay. The rooms and furnishings were clean and the bathrooms as well. The showers worked well and the rooms were also spacious.

The staff members were found to be kind by guests. They felt the staff went out of their way to do a quick check-in and answer guest questions. They also provided for items requested without a problem.

The rooms were found to be loud and noisy especially since there was no soundproofing to keep the noise out. The road next to the rooms was too noisy to the point of guests hearing the vibrations of the traffic.

The hotel was not in a central location and guests had to take public transportation methods to get to the centre. This usually took more than half an hour. It is also too far away from the airport and other interesting attractions.

Guests did not like that they could not control the air conditioning and heating system from their rooms. The temperatures were not in agreement to what their ideal was, and were controlled at the front desk. If they were turned off they took too long to cool or heat the rooms again.
