Guests felt the bed and breakfast reminded them of home since it had a cosy setting. The rooms had comfortable furnishings and classic décor. The property is classic Italian architecture which was nice to stay in.

The staff and hosts were found to be friendly and kind by guests who were happy to find accommodating people. They gave advice on places to visit and other tips, while also providing a luggage storage after check-out.

The bed and breakfast is close to various attractions in the city where guests could walk to. They could also take the metro or tram transportation to various areas of the city. There were also various restaurants and bars within close range of the property.

Guests felt that the rooms and apartments could do with a deep cleaning. They felt the accommodations were not very clean. The dust that was found in various areas testifies to this conclusion from the guests.

Guests were not impressed with the state of the utilities in the property. They were the showers had low pressure, the TVs were not working well and that bathrooms were old-looking. There needs to be renovations done to the property.

The bathrooms were uncomfortable to use according to guests. They felt they needed renovations to have better water pressure. There was also a lack of space and places to place toiletries. It was not an easy task to take baths, especially in the shared bathrooms.
