It’s an excellent place to enjoy the Jersey countryside, but guests who had hoped for abundant shops, restaurants, and attractions were rather disappointed. It is located along a bus route to nearby St. Helier, and many excitement-seeking guests chose to take advantage of that. Others chose to walk the 20 minutes downhill to the town.
A few guests were disappointed that they could not access the Wi-Fi from their rooms. They found this to be a needless hassle, and not in keeping with modern hotel trends. Wi-Fi is accessible in most of the hotel’s common areas.
