Hotel Nyaman Villas (Bangli, Indonesia)

The villas are situated in a quiet residential area of Seminyak. Guests indicated that they found the location offered easy access to the local beaches, restaurants and boutiques. Guests enjoyed the tropical setting and privacy of the villas.

The villas each have at least one private swimming pool. Guests loved the privacy of having their own swimming pool, guests indicated that the water was the perfect temperature both day and night and that the swimming pools are well-maintained.

It is clear that customer service is very important at these villas. Reviewers have indicated that they were very impressed by the hard-working staff. The private chefs prepare delicious meals and the staff are sure to deal with any requests very quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Some reviewers have reported that the water coming out of the taps had a strange odour. Reviewers found the smell of the water to be a little off putting and feel that the management staff should look into resolving this small issue.

Although the villas are equipped with mosquito repellent and coils, some guests reported that they found the mosquitoes to be very irritating, especially when using the outdoor bathroom. Bali is, however, known for its mosquitoes and so guests realise that there is little that can be done to eradicate them.

Although most guests found the air-conditioning to be suitable, some guest reported that the air-conditioning units were inefficient. This could be due to the size of the rooms as the air-conditioning units are not powerful enough to cool the bigger rooms in the villas.
