Guests commented on the staff's constant professionalism and friendly attitude as well as the fact that every employee speaks at least two languages.

The breakfast buffet pleased most guests due to its large selection of cold cuts, fruit, pastries and fresh breads. However, some pointed out that it could use some variation, as having the same selection every day gets old. Some guests especially appreciated the willingness of the staff to fulfill special orders as well as the gluten-free section of the buffet.

The spacious rooms are well maintained, and the bathrooms are also clean and offer a modern design.

Guests reported that parking in the hotel garage is quite expensive, especially since street parking on the other side of the hotel is readily available and free.

Guests reported that the beds should be replaced, as they are extremely hard, and the TV is quite old-fashioned. Furthermore, the fact that the pool is located outdoors and is not heated is a deterrent to many guests, so either adding heating or covering it would be desired by many guests.

Even though the hotel is located outside of the city, guests noted that they experienced a lot of noise due to traffic outside of the hotel and the constant planes flying overhead. The noisy air-conditioning can't be shut off and therefore adds to the overall noise level, which could be solved by bringing some ear plugs along.
