Hotel Novotel Bali Benoa (Nusa Dua, Indonesia)

The hotel's employees are multilingual and this aided in smooth communication between themselves and global guests. They are always keen to help when called upon to do so and point out attractions nearby that they think may be of interest to you. Most guests were impressed by the enthusiasm and expertise shown by the members of staff at the hotel.

This beachfront hotel offers its visitors with plenty of options. It is conveniently located near great sites like Turtle Island which is easily accessible and where guests can explore. The facilities are top notch. The swimming pool areas are also spacious and do not get congested even during the peak season. Bali Nusa Dua Convention lies just a few kilometres away from the hotel.

Guests were very pleased by the hotel restaurants, breakfast menus. The items were diverse and well prepared. The tables are all well placed and there was also plenty of seating space presented.

A few guests complained about the lack of proper sound insulation in the rooms. Noise carried effortlessly from room to room and light sleepers were easily bothered by loud television sets and footsteps echoing in the hallways.

The hotel Wi-Fi at the lobby and in some rooms didn't work well. This made some guests to complained that the speed was relatively slow to do anything productive with and that it would have been better if improved.

Some guests were of the opinion that the prices of food and drink as well as some of the rooms were too expensive once you took into account the room rates versus what was provided in the room. They felt they did not get value for their money.
