Hotel Northstar California (Truckee, USA)

Guests have marked the resort as the perfect place to be during the winter vacations. With its unique ski-in and ski-out access, the guests had a wonderful time playing around in the snow and skiing. It has its own storage for skiing equipments as well as an onsite ski equipment hire. There is an ice skating rink in the middle of the village where the kids had a gala time. The resort has a cozy fireplace where the guests loved warming themselves up after a day out in the snow.

The resort has a safe parking garage where the guests can securely park their cars without the threat of cars being stolen or damaged. It is an underground parking and the guests are given one parking pass. Some of the guests were reminded of a ride at Disneyland when the parking gates were opened.

All the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay say guests. Master bedrooms have their own bathrooms with a walk-in closet. Kitchen is also well-stocked where in the guests could conveniently prepare their own meals.

Due to paper thin walls, the guests could hear their neighbor’s conversation till late night. Having walls with better soundproofing would do a lot of good they say.

Most of the guests were not too satisfied with the dining options available. There were two restaurants which had limited spread and were quite expensive.

The heating vent is placed right above the bed and is very loud say guests. This kept them up for a long time.
