One, two and three bedroom apartments are available, all fitted with air-conditioning and featuring separate lounge areas with LCD TVs. Bathtubs and showers are both included in the private bathrooms. The property includes free private parking with 24-hour security across the whole property. Wi-Fi is provided in all areas plus there are laundry facilities in every apartment. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, gym and sauna. Apartments all feature a fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering, including a dishwasher. There is also a restaurant on-site which offers a variety of Arabic and International cuisine. The Palm Jumeirah is around 12 kilometres from the Hotel Noon Apartments, plus the Burj Al Arab and Wild Wadi Waterpark are within five kilometres. Mall of Emirates Metro Station is within one kilometre of the property whilst Dubai International Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
This was without a doubt what guests most appreciated about the apartments. It seems that many were in Dubai for a spot of shopping, and found the location, just minutes from one of the Emirate's largest malls, to be just what they were looking for.
On the whole, guests seemed very impressed with what the apartments included. They felt that they really were equipped with all they needed, and might have in their own apartment. For example, the kitchen was said to have the utensils and equipment necessary to prepare any meal they really wished.
While there were one or two contrary opinions, most guests were well satisfied with the state of cleanliness of their apartments, indicating that they were no less clean than their own apartment would be.
Several guests, while not really taking issue with the quality of the breakfast itself, mentioned that it didn't vary from one day to the next. If staying for a while they quickly tired of it.
While certainly not a general problem, some guests spoke of the apartment they booked not being available when it came to checking in. They were a little unhappy, feeling that a booking should be treated seriously, and not ignored due to a hotel's own desires or operational considerations.
A fair number of guests complained about a “peculiar” smell in the hallways and lift. It was uncertain whether it was caused by automatic air fresheners, or due to some other reason, but guests didn't seem to like it.
