Positive Reviews

positive:

Really friendly vibe throughout

Numerous guests have said they loved the highly sociable atmosphere at this hostel. The cool patio area, with its super-cool hammocks and hot tubs is evidently the best place to hang out and make new friends.

positive:

Helpful staff do a great job

As well as being infectiously enthusiastic, the staff here do a rather good job of keeping everything ticking over in a largely positive and orderly fashion. Many visitors appreciated how they provided a range of fun activities to take part in every day.

positive:

Location couldn't be more convenient

It's clear to see why the vast majority of travellers who've stayed here have fallen in love with the hostel's location: it's super-easy to walk to the beach and there are loads of shops, restaurants and bars really close by.

Negative Reviews

negative:

In-room Wi-Fi isn't the best

Many visitors have complained about the Wi-Fi provision here and not just because it isn't complimentary either. The main gripe is that, even if you pay for the Wi-Fi provided, you're not guaranteed to get a decent signal in your room.

negative:

Tired interiors need some TLC

It has been observed that some of the hostel's interiors are in need of refurbishing.  The grubby corridors and somewhat musky smelling dorm rooms have impressed very few travellers.

negative:

Partying can be an issue at night

A great many visitors didn't like the fact that they were woken during the night because other guests were partying in the corridors and, at times, in the rooms.
