Next To is a new generation hotel, operated with renewable energy, overlooking the back of Gaudi's “La Padrera”. This contemporary accommodation is centrally located near the chic Passeig de Gracia and the Diagonal metro station. The air-conditioned bedrooms are decorated in a minimalist style and all come with private bathrooms with solar-heated water. There are family rooms, suites and a penthouse available, some with kitchen facilities. All have flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Nespresso machine. Next To also provides free Wi-Fi and a calm rooftop terrace with views over “La Padrera”. The adjoining restaurant Gambito serves filling breakfasts, tapas and Mediterranean cuisine. The streets around the hotel host many other places to eat, including many upscale restaurants on Passeig de Gracia. Guests can explore “La Padrera” for themselves, just a 180-metre tour around the block. Gaudi's unfinished cathedral, La Sagrada Familia and Placa de Catalunya are both about a 15-minute walk away, or a short ride on the Metro.
