It is fair to say very few travellers have felt at all let down by the location of this hotel. Surrounded by food outlets, close to the monorail and within very easy reach of all kinds of markets, stores and malls; it's easy to see why.

If you're a sucker for a good view then do yourself a favour and book a room on one of the higher floors. Many guests have said the cityscape vistas from here — particularly at night — are quite sensational.

It may not be the fastest air-con you'll ever come across but it's fair to say the in-room A/C provision here is really pretty decent for a two-star budget hotel.

The vast majority of guests who've stayed here have drawn attention to the seemingly relentless noise that hits the hotel in waves from the busy road. Most visitors agreed that booking a room at the rear of the building is the smartest move to make.

It has been noted that many of the accommodations here look like they could do with a refurb and/or a deep clean. Indeed, numerous travellers have complained about aspects like dusty surfaces, stained furnishings and grubby bed sheets.

A significant number of disgruntled guests have been sorely disappointed by the standard of customer service proffered at this hotel. Evidently, it is the rather aloof team on reception that needs to up its game most in this key area.
