The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the centre of Granada. Guests say that there is a good choice of bars and restaurants right outside, and they are within walking distance of everything they want to see and do in the city.
In keeping with the people in this part of Spain in particular, staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are happy to share their local knowledge and explain how best to get around the historic city of Granada.
Cleanliness is high up on the list of priorities for many guests, wanting to know that when they arrive at their hotel they will find it nice and clean. Guests speak highly of the cleanliness here, saying that their rooms, and the hotel throughout, are clean and tidy.
