Hotel Natividad (Manila, Philippines)

Guests were really happy with the location of the hotel with many visitors commenting that it was close to the Mall and to local shops and cafes. Many guests recommended Cafe Andrantico for a bite to eat or a coffee.

The hotel is housed within its own gated compound and is manned by a permanent staff of security guards. Many visitors commented that the liked the additional security and that these staff and other staff across the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Guests commented that they loved the generous amount of space in the rooms which meant that they could move about with ease and store their belongings comfortably. Guests also said that the food in the restaurant that was cooked to order all day, was super tasty.

Guests who experience a lack of hot water and who had to endure cold showers left less than positive remarks about the hotel. Guests said that it was unacceptable that the hot water was not working properly.

Guests who like to stay connected to friends via social media and email were frustrated that the Wi-Fi service offered by the hotel was limited to the  lobby area only. Guests commented that they would have preferred Wi-Fi in their rooms.

Guests complained in their reviews that there was no air conditioning in the rooms and they were only provided with a small inadequate fan. Guests had problems cooling down and sleeping and said their stay would have been improved if there was air conditioning.
