Guests say they are utterly dismayed by the service at Nagi Beach Hotel. They report that staff seem inexperienced and unmotivated, and are not interested in anything but processing guests in and out of the hotel almost automatically. With few exceptions for the kitchen and wait staff, guests say they were disgusted at being treated so poorly, and proceed to list their favourite hubs in the area. Clearly they prefer to spend their time outside of the hotel.
Food at the Nagi Beach Hotel has guests running for their toothbrushes, thereafter proceeding straight to the nearest eateries outside. Tasteless, and clearly poorly prepared, they say that once bit they would never be taken in again.
Sadly the consensus amongst new and returning guests is that the standards at Nagi Beach Hotel, which used to be excellent, are taking a seriously steep downwards spiral, generating palpable disappointment.
