Guests were impressed by the clean conditions of the hotel. They rarely found anything to complain about regarding cleanliness and thought the tidy surrounding were a notable highlight of this hotel.

Guests highly recommended this property if arriving or departing by train from the Shin-Osaka station. They appreciated it was possible to walk to the hotel from the station and many decided to do so. They found it was easy, even wen carrying luggage.

Guests discussed that the property offered them an excellent value for money. There were numerous comments from guests who said they would be sure to stay here again, especially if they were travelling on tight budgets.

Guests complained that the Wi-Fi only seemed to work when they were on certain storeys of the hotel. That often meant that guests had no choice but to sit in a small lobby area to use the Internet. They thought it would have been much handier if the Wi-Fi worked in the rooms, too.

Guests were very disappointed by the size of the room and said they hardly had enough room to open their luggage. Furthermore, when getting things out of their suitcases, they had to put the luggage on the bed, because there was not enough floor space. Additionally, guests said they felt extremely cramped in the bathrooms, to the point of avoiding spending time there.

Besides the train station and a few convenience stores, guests said there is not a lot to do in the area. They commented it may not be the best location for tourists eager to see the sights.
