Hotel Mystays Haneda (Tokyo, Japan)

A hotel shuttle bus picks up and drops off guests to the Haneda Airport, making accessibility easy. This shuttle also runs at night and several guests commended the efficient system.

Guests were happy to find they could do their laundry for free in the hotel. But guests may find it difficult to use due to instructions being written in Japanese.

The in-room pajamas and slippers delighted guests, because it meant less unpacking for them. They also noted perks within the hotel like a free massage chair, a hotel library and in-room coffee and tea.

Guests said the hotel's location made it hard to get around and access other parts of Tokyo. They estimated having to spend a lot of time in transit to go shopping or to find food.  The hotel is better situated for guests who are in transit, rather than long-term tourists.

This is Tokyo after all. Space is a premium here, so you can expect your rooms to be smaller than what you see in Western hotel rooms. But some guests remarked that the MyStays Haneda rooms were more spacious than what they'd seen in central Tokyo.

Several guests complained that their Wi-Fi connection was spotty in their rooms. This complaint came up sporadically in reviews, so it could be that the location of certain rooms are harder to get stable Web connexion.
