It’s got an unfortunate title because ‘splendid,’ it isn’t! Bet, at the real one, they don’t get late night buses and noise from pubs turning out late at night. Can’t help but compare though … given the title they’ve chosen.
Beds are falling to bits + lots of little things go wrong. You can’t ‘call for staff’ though because management + staff don’t live here. All you can do is telephone, leave a message + hope they’ll react.
There are so many things that they can offer – at a price. If you went for them all, it would be cheaper to book in to the Midland Hotel!
