The apartments are set in two locations, one is an Art Deco building built in 1914, and the other property is surrounded by the Old New Synagogue and Old Jewish cemetery. The buildings are old and plumbing issues have been reported from time to time. Guests complained of unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom's drains and toilet. If you experience this, keeping the bathroom door closed to contain the smell is recommended.
The apartments are centrally located it can be noisy at times, especially during the warmer months as their is no air conditioning and you may need to leave the windows to cool down the apartments in the evening.
