Past guests report that the motel is easy to find and get to. Located just off the freeway, it's a short drive from downtown Ontario and less than 15 minutes from Ontario International Airport.

Guests praise the motel's location close to shopping and dining. An array of fast food chains and casual restaurants are located with walking distance, while a number of more upmarket offerings can be found within a short drive.

Motel accommodations receive mixed reviews. According to reports, rooms that have been recently renovated or remodelled are clean and comfortable, making for a nice stay. On the flip side, non-renovated rooms are said to be dirty and uncomfortable. With a 50-50 split reviews-wise, it appears to be a case of pot luck as to whether you'll be booked into one of the better rooms.

Reports indicate that good customer service is often lacking at the motel. Guests recite past occasions in which they have been shouted out or cussed at by motel employees. Furthermore, it has also been suggested that these employees are not helpful when it comes to remedying problems.

According to reports, the motel's guestrooms are not equipped with a closet, drawers, armoire or any other place to store your clothes. As a result, guests are left to live out of their suitcase or hang their clothes on doorframes.
