This was by far what guests most appreciated about the property. They found that being so close to the interstate meant that the hotel was easy to find initially and was also convenient for when they were heading into Salt Lake City or other destinations.

A large number of guests mentioned that they found the mattresses the hotel uses to be very comfortable. Given that there were no complaints to speak of, it seems reasonable to conclude that the hotel has managed to select mattresses with truly broad appeal.

While guests did not address the question of value for money directly, a number said that the room rate was extraordinarily low, and that it was one of the cheapest ways to get a roof over one’s head in the area.

It was near impossible to find a guest who was satisfied with the cleanliness of their room. On the contrary, guests after guest listed incredible cleanliness issues resulting from a lack of any discernable cleanliness standards. It is not unfair to say that many guests were very uncomfortable staying in a room as filthy as the one they had.

Going through the reviews it’s safe to say that most guests did not really think the hotel was in a good enough condition to be accepting paying guests. They had a long list of things that were wrong with their room, which went way beyond mere cosmetic issues right down to their most basic function.

Guests did not really like the immediate surrounds of the hotel. They described them as seedy and attracting characters who might be selling drugs or engaging in other illegal activities.
