Not only did this motel’s location appeal to guests for being a short drive from downtown Portland, but also it was surrounded by handy amenities like shops and dining options plus a bowling alley. There was also a bus stop right outside, which appealed to non-motorists. Drivers were glad there was free parking on-site and also said it was easy to reach local attractions, museums, sports venues and the airport thanks to the direct access to US Route 26 and the proximity of highway I-5 and the Ross Island Bridge.

The modern rooms with new look decor, flat-panel TVs and laminate floors appealed to most travelers, who said they were more than satisfactorily clean and comfortable for a short stay. Guests looking to economize often felt they got reasonable value for money due to the competitive room rates for the area.

Reviewers spoke highly of the pleasant, professional and obliging members of staff who provided good customer service and were on hand around-the-clock at reception to offer assistance.
