Palm Springs was also a short drive away. Reviewers also welcomed the free parking and the proximity of filling stations, roadside eateries and shopping options.

The smartly-revamped rooms appealed to most visitors who praised the carpet-free floors and flat-screen TVs. Many guests said their rooms were nothing fancy but were well-maintained and suitably clean and tidy.
