The hotel is conveniently situated for guests who wish to be close to the airport but also in a location that allows them to explore Los Angeles. A wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel and a number of Los Angeles attractions such as the Staples Center and the Los Angeles Forum are a short distance away. The airport is easily accessible from the hotel so guests will experience a stress-free last day that is not dominated by timekeeping or a long journey to the airport.

The majority of guests were very impressed with the comfortable beds which are well-sized; the mattress is extremely pleasant to sleep on. Furthermore a high level of cleanliness is maintained in the rooms which guests were satisfied with.

The staff are extremely friendly and courteous, going out of their way to provide great customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival.

While guests were impressed with the hotel's location, others found the area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel to be very loud at night and they found that this resulted in trouble sleeping.

The Wi-Fi is intermittent in its connection quality and has a tendency to loose connection with guests' devices as it is unreliable.

Breakfast was disappointing to a number of guests as there was very little by way of choice; the food options are limited to toast and coffee according to some reviewers however it is complimentary and there are several places nearby from which guests can purchase breakfast.
