Motorists in particular praised the location of this suburban Baton Rouge motel as it was just off the intersection of highway I-12 and US Route 61, making it straightforward to get to downtown Baton Rouge, industrial areas, shopping malls, golf courses, universities and regional attractions. Guests liked the way there were several places to eat located within easy walking distance. Furthermore, there were petrol stations and bus stops in the immediate vicinity as well as a bowling alley. Drivers were also delighted there was free parking.

According to many visitors, the updated rooms enjoying carpet-free flooring, flat-screen cable TVs and vibrant decor were well-cleaned and more than adequately comfy for a stopover. Budget-conscious reviewers frequently said they got decent value for money as the room rates were usually affordable.

Guests were upbeat about the pleasant, professional and obliging members of staff, who made check-in quick and easy. Those travelling with their furry friends appreciated the way pets could stay in selected rooms.

It disappointed many guests that they had to stump up a small additional charge in order to use the Wi-Fi network. Some critics claimed the network speeds and coverage were underwhelming at times.
