About Hotel Moreyo

On the island of Mallorca and to the east, sits the village of Cala Bona and the one star Hotel Hotel Moreyo. Rooms here are en-suite, twin bedded and include telephone and private balcony. Hotel Hotel Moreyo is only a short walk from the village’s harbour, bars, restaurants and shops.  There is a TV room,  outdoor swimming pool with surrounding sunbathing area and a range of sports and games activities.  Reception is available at all times with safe, car hire and diving detail for guests’ information. Buffet breakfast and evening meals are served in the restaurant.  Later there is the bar, snack bar and a la carte Xaloc Restaurant, plus many restaurants, bars and cafes within the resort itself.  Smithy’s Cafe on the Marina is a good starting point! The area is true golfing country with a number of courses. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 65km from the apartments.

Don’t wander from this 1 'lone star' hotel.

It’s much better than the 1 star rating. Staff are lovely + always ready to have a friendly chat. Yes, it lacks things like aircon but…think ahead + you can book it in advance!

They’ve cleaned up.

Accommodation is cleaned on a daily basis with bedding and towels changed regularly. Rooms are kept very clean so it’s difficult to criticize at all, given the price.

There’s a high volume of returning guests, greeted by staff as old friends. Read what you like into that but the bottom line is that there are huge numbers of people who are appreciative of the value and enjoyment they receive here.

Gasping for aircon.

It’s not included but, in fairness, you can order it in advance. You won't regret planning ahead on this one!

Great ‘hostal’ – Hotel? … Not so good.

It’s very basic + on the plus side, it’s kept clean and the staff are friendly + helpful. But it lacks a number of features for those wanting a hotel break with a touch of luxury.

No lift.

If stairs are a problem + if elderly or disabled, you should specify accommodation on one of the lower floors.
