The canal-side location with private jetty made the hotel handy for water taxis, while the quiet location was also found to be just a short walk from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia Station. A few guests found it a little bit far from St, Mark’s Square on foot, but water buses help close the distance and the vast majority found no such issues.
