Lovely Location.
This is a perfect location for proximity to city centre attractions, shops, pubs or the university, as you can stroll along the river path nearly all the way there. A nice neighbourhood surrounds the guest house, and you'll find everything you need either on the premises or nearby. There's a convenient car park just outside, and there are also bus stops within a two-minute walk at the most. From the train station, it's about a twenty-minute walk to the guest house, an easy trek if you're light on luggage. Inexpensive, clean and basic, no frills. This is a very pleasant B&B with very pleasant prices - but not luxury, so don't expect it.
