The staff at the hotel rated positively across a number of reviews with previous guests saying that staff were very helpful and had positive and happy attitudes which made their stay memorable.  The management team at the resort also rated specific positive mentions across a number of reviews.

A number of guests it seems whiled away their day by the pool finding relaxation by swimming and staring out at the ocean from their deck chairs moving only to eat and drink and their reviews commented that this was the highlight of their stay.

Many guests commented that the food in the restaurant and the cocktails in the bar were the highlight of their stay with some appreciating the local menu and fresh produce from around the area.

A number of guests commented that it felt like the hotel was in the middle of nowhere with a 20 minute walk to the nearest local restaurant and a fair hike to the ‘nice beach'. Some guests were particularly disappointed that the beach in front of the resort was rocky and not good for small children.

Some of the rooms that face onto the river disappointed their guests due to the smell and swamp like characteristics of the river during low tide. Some guests also reported problems with mosquitos and other insects near these rooms.

Some previous visitors to the resort felt that the rooms that they booked did not really look like pictures on the Website and many were disappointed with the standard of the rooms for the price paid, some reviewers suggested that better price and quality could be found nearby.
