The hotel's location is said to be ideal for tourist and business trips. Guests were able to head to every major tourist attraction such as the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, either by walking or taking a short transportation trip. Most things were accessible on foot.

The rooms are found to be clean and tidy by many guests who were happy with this. They also mentioned the rooms had all the basic necessities such as comfortable mattresses, mini fridges, and spacious and modern bathrooms.

The noise heard outside was sometimes unbearable by some guests who wished the windows and walls would do a better job of keeping the noise out. They were in the middle of the city so the usual night city noises were constantly heard.
