Hotel Montecito Inn (Santa Barbara, USA)

Former guests were generally thrilled with the customer service they received from the staff at the Montecito Inn. The personnel at the hotel are regarded as welcoming, friendly and accommodating at all times.

When it comes to the rooms, most past visitors were pleased with this aspect of the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms is considered spotless in all areas, and the comfort of the accommodations - in particular the beds - is seen at a high standard overall.

The historic architecture of the Montecito Inn was appreciated by many previous guests. The appearance of the hotel, which is reportedly well-maintained in keeping its old-style design, creates a warm and charming ambience.

Whilst the Montecito Inn is positioned close to beaches and a variety of restaurants, it is not in an ideal central position for exploring Santa Barbara. In fact, Santa Barbara Downtown is ten minutes away from the hotel by car - which has proved to be an inconvenience for a small number of past visitors.

While it is not a case with every room at the hotel, many former visitors were disappointed with the cramped size of the accommodations in general.

Some previous guests have complained about the soundproofing of the rooms at the Montecito Inn. Along with apparently being able to hear others in adjoining rooms, the hotel's close proximity to a motorway has also proved to generate bothersome traffic noise on occasion.
