The adult pool can sometimes become overcrowded due to the amount of families using the facility. Although there is a children-only pool on the premises, guests objected to the fact that quite a few children were allowed to swim the adult pool as well.
Guests who ordered snacks or refreshments at the poolside bar said that they waited longer than expected to receive their order and also found it difficult attracting the waiter's attention as there seemed to be too few staff around.
In the evenings, guests said that there was no live music or any kind of performances which prompted many to go elsewhere in search of entertainment.
