All are well decorated and furnished and feature fully equipped kitchens, separate sleeping and living/dining areas and all the other amenities you’ll need for a great vacation. Each complex features different amenities. At some they are thin on the ground, while others have hot tubs and other perks. There are no restaurants at any of the complexes, but those not self catering will have a good range of dining options in Moab to choose from. The Moab Diner, right on Main Street, comes especially highly recommended. The main area attractions are of course the Arches rock formations, as well as other weird and spectacular geological formations caused by the passage of the mighty Colorado River.

Great location near the Arches

The overwhelming majority of guests were happy with the location of the units, saying that they were close to the Arches National Park and the restaurants and other practical amenities they needed.

Terrific hot tub out the back

A number of guests mentioned that they really enjoyed using the hot tub that was in the back yard. Some had been hiking in the National Park and of course the hot tub was a great way to soothe the resulting aching muscles.

The majority of guests who brought up the question of value for money in their reviews felt that they had received good value during their stay. Many compared what they received here with what they would get for the same price at a hotel in the area and were very happy with their choice.

Kitchens poorly equipped

On the whole, guests were not entirely happy with the kitchens in the units. They said that they were both poorly and somewhat haphazardly equipped, meaning that there were dishes they couldn’t prepare, or not enough plates, cups and so on.

Walls are “paper thin”

Quite a number of guests reported that they could easily hear the noises form adjacent rooms, even fairly normal sounds like people talking or a TV playing. Also, footsteps from above were said to be quite a problem when trying to sleep or relax.

Guests mentioned that the address given in marketing materials is not actually the address of the house. This caused some confusion and unmet expectations. The house was said to be about two miles from the registered address.
