Hotel Mission Bell (Ventura, USA)

Mission Bell is conveniently located near Highway 1 and downtown Ventura, close to both shopping and dining. The beach as well as many local attractions, including the Ventura Pier, are only a short drive away.

Overall, guests were quite pleased with their stay at Mission Bell, noting that the rooms are simple but have everything you need for a satisfying stay. Reviews describe the rooms as clean and comfortable, with decent beds and good Wi-Fi. Guests also appreciated convenient amenities like a personal refrigerator and microwave.

The staff at Mission Bell is sincerely friendly and helpful. Guests say they quickly respond to concerns and requests, and resolve any problems immediately. The hotel management is also welcoming to pets, so you can feel comfortable bringing your furry friends along.

While many rooms have been recently renovated, others are overdue for an upgrade. Guests say the older rooms appear worn and in need of a cosmetic refresh. Guests also ran into poorly functioning A/C units, loose fixtures, non-functioning amenities, and burnt out light bulbs.  In addition, many thought that the kitchens have limited utensils and the bathrooms could provide larger toiletries.

Many guests though the rooms at Mission Bell could use better soundproofing. Guests said they could hear their neighbors through the thin walls. If you’re a light sleeper, it may be a good idea to bring some earplugs along.

Guests found it inconvenient that there is no ice machine onsite and no breakfast offered in the mornings.
