Hotel Miramare Sestri Levante (Sestri Levante, Italy)

This was undoubtedly what guests most appreciated about Miramare. The views over Baia de Silenzio were said to be superb, and available from the restaurant and lounge terraces as well as the front facing rooms.

Again and again guests mentioned just how terrific the staff at Miramare were. Most said that they were very welcoming, and focussed on making sure that their guests had all they needed to enjoy their holiday.

While it wasn't very large, guests really seemed to like the private beach right in front of the hotel. They loved the exclusive feeling, the sense of serenity and the gorgeous views over the bay

While guests did enjoy the food at the on-site restaurant, there were a large number of comments that they thought it was much too expensive. Guests seemed to feel it was relying on its reputation to hike prices, without really adding any value, and believed they could receive much better value at other nearby restaurants.

Going by guest comments, it seems that the rooms at Miramare differ tremendously in quality. Quite a few guests mentioned being initially put in very crummy rooms, only to be moved after complaining. It seems that the hotel has at least one or two rooms that are well below par.

A number of motorists mentioned that there was really no suitable public parking in the area, and that the rates for the hotel's garage were exceptionally expensive.
