Hotel Miramar (Arrecife, Spain)

The hotel’s seafront location affords wonderful views of the sea. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the airport is not far away.

The staff can do not do enough to help guests. An example given in a review by a previous guest includes helping disabled guests with access. The reception desk are supportive and super friendly especially to dogs which they allow to access rooms on the first floor of the hotel.

The rooms are kept very clean and have all the amenities that you need for a short stay. The beds are very comfortable and really help for you to get a good night’s sleep.

This isn’t really a family friendly hotel and there aren’t any real facilities aimed at children. There isn’t a swimming pool and nothing else is provided to keep children busy and entertained. The resort of Arrecife is also lacking in things for children to do with most things aimed at the more mature end of the market.

The rooms don’t have any tea or coffee making facilities which left some guests disappointed as this is a basic facility that you would normally expect to have.

The variety of food offered by the hotel is quite poor. There is a continental breakfast available, but no cooked option. The evening restaurant also offers little choice and you may struggle to find somewhere else to eat nearby outside of the hotel where they speak English.
