It has meeting rooms.  As part of the Sierra de Cardeña y Montoro Natural Park, you will be immersed in a beautiful landscape where the vegetation that covers it is composed, almost in equal parts, by dehesas, repopulation pine forest and Mediterranean mountain, constituting an ideal place to hunting, major and minor. In its meadows, man has managed to harmonize the few agricultural uses with pastures and livestock, in addition to honey and other traditional extractive activities. Therefore, it is obligatory to delight the palate with the products of the Iberian pig, fed of acorn in the meadow, and with the stews of the game.              Bordering its neighboring Sierra de Andújar Natural Park and the province of Ciudad Real, the serenity of the surroundings is reflected even in the landscape, with rounded shapes and smooth hills, resulting from the slow erosion of granite. Only the courses of the Yeguas and Arenoso rivers are excepted, for which the otter camps, where the landscape becomes abrupt.    The vegetation that covers it is composed, almost in equal parts, by dehesas, repopulation pine forest and Mediterranean forest, constituting an ideal place for hunting, major and minor. On the other hand pine and wood are used in pine and resin pine woods. In the dehesas, man has managed to harmonize the few agricultural uses with pastures and livestock, in addition to honey and other traditional extractive activities. Therefore, it is obligatory to delight the palate with the products of the Iberian pig, fed of acorn in the meadow, and with the stews of the game. The milk of the cows fed in this region of Los Pedroches is also famous.    The natural park offers a complete network of trails that the walker can walk, on horseback, by donkey or by bike. Through them you will observe from the herds of pigs in the meadows to grazing cows or, depending on the season and time, numerous deer and wild boar. It is also common to see numerous birds of prey, since there live numerous species of eagles (imperial, royal, road and short-toed), vultures (black and tawny) and the black stork together with the white one.    The sign marked Aldea del Cerezo-Venta del Charco runs through the only melojo oak pasture in the province. It also shows the typical rounded blocks of granite, called "bolos" by the inhabitants of the area. At nightfall you can rest in the rural accommodation in both villages.    The visit to the natural park can be completed with a visit to the Venta Nueva visitor center, which has a complete interpretative set of this space and where the visitor will find information on the different hiking routes that can be done; a walk through the Gothic-Renaissance bridge of the stately Montoro and its historical and artistic ensemble, after which it is best to make a stop to taste the typical "logroñesas". Another option, this time in Cardeña, is to savor Iberian pork products and game meat.    This park is, therefore, a space in which its inhabitants have managed to live in harmony with the natural environment, where the rural landscape of the villages contrasts with the aristocracy of Montoro and where traditional uses, craftsmanship and, in the last years, the growing rural tourism sustain the economy of the area.
