Several guests like that a smart phone with Internet is provided for making calls and browsing while touring the city. Others like that they can call the hotel anytime, while some use the built-in apps to locate popular tourist spots.

Some appreciate that the reception has a large sitting area for guests while waiting for rooms to be prepared. Others note that the reception area is warm and cozy, with beautiful furnishings.

Many guests feel that the rooms are small with little extra space and suggest using the space underneath the bed for luggage storage. Others say that the walls are thin and that rooms towards the back of the property are quieter.  If these rooms aren't available, most guests advise that light sleepers pack a pair of earplugs.
